Susan and Tom were married in 1979. She has three amazing children.
Susan has worked in Bank Operations Administration for 18 years. She was a Regional Administrator for Sumitomo Bank Of California. She wrote policy and was responsible for 6 branch offices from East Long Beach to San Diego. She has copywriten a book "A guide to Money Basics" designed for high school students to learn about money. She wrote the Teller training program at: Glendale Community College. Susan worked for United Airlines in Operations- Administration for 8 years.
Susan started in Real Estate at the age of 10. Her Mother opened “Family Real Estate” in Claremont California. Being raised by a single parent she spent most of the time at the office. Mother (Florence Cohn) Broker/owner of Family Real Estate handled over 500 rentals and taught Real Estate Licensing. Florence is 82 years old and still owns and operates Family Real Estate. Susan has a sister Nancy Cohn Morgan that is a Realtor in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Susan and Tom bought fixer up houses and remodeled them. 1 in Bozeman, Montana, 2 in Upland, California, 1 Van Nuys, California, 1 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Our newest house in Billings, Montana. Tom is an Artist and Finish Carpenter. Susan does wall texturing, rock walls, stairs and patios, painting and landscape. See other pages for before and after shots.
Susan got her Real Estate License in 2000 and currently works with Coldwell Banker Maryl Realty in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
Susan bought her home in Kailua-Kona in 1988 and has been active in the community of Kailua-Kona. She was involved in the Water improvement district in Kona Coastview and the tot park in Kailua-Kona.
